Our Mission

Work from Home Yoga is your all-inclusive opportunity to break up the monotony of remote work life through  mindfulness, meditation, and accessible movement classes. Our mission is to provide a beginner-friendly, accessible community studio that supports your mental + physical health, regardless of your background or experience with yoga, mindfulness, and meditation.  

Meet Your Instructor...

Hello! I'm Aurora, Founder of Work from Home Yoga. 

My journey with yoga began in 2011 as an attempt to learn how to cope with chronic anxiety and depression. I nervously walked into my first class, intimidated and 100% convinced I wasn’t supposed to be there. Thankfully I stuck with it, and walked away with a deep sense of inner calm, gratitude, and a lingering question: “Is this what it feels like to be happy?!”

I knew I had to re-create that feeling. So I pitched 30+ work-trade partnerships with local studios and crossed my fingers. One teacher got back to me. With his generosity, the entire trajectory of my life shifted: I was handed the keys to the studio, a cleaning checklist, and unlimited access to this new thing that somehow made me feel okay for the first time in my life.

I’ve spent the past 10 years teaching & taking thousands of classes, dedicating my career to sharing with others how to re-create that feeling of “wow, it’s possible to feel THIS good?!” Work from Home Yoga was created out of a desire to share everything that has been gifted to me, with you.

It’s my hope that this can be a community where you feel welcomed, supported, and encouraged in your yoga & mindfulness journey. Welcome to your new virtual home studio!
